Stine Ladefoged is properly one of Denmark’s
best knitwear designers we have ever seen. I am an absolute fan of her work and
hope to own several pieces of her knitwear, today it has only been one mustard
coloured sweater with braids and a greyish blue dress with braids and strings.
This collection also had the classic braids and
some of the classic patterns of the knitwear. But the colours had changed a
bit, to a more bright yellow, mint green and of course the plainer colours
like, black, white, grey and beige.
This season also seemed to have more focus on
the shoulders and she had made sure to make the shoulders padded in either
knitwear or leather, it made some of the styles seem more uniform like, which
is not bad at all.
Again the collection had onesuits with nice knitted
details and quite a lot of styles with focus on the back with low back and
knitted details like braids or knitted strings on the back.
Every woman should own a piece of Stine
Ladefoged, either a scarf, cardigan/sweater or dress; it would be such a statement
piece for the wardrobe.
Stine Ladefoged herself
Eva Kruse from DAFI and Didder Rønlund. Didder is apparently still a very hard working journalist with notes and pens at the shows, I love it!
