Healthy food

Tuesday was my first weekly workout day, but this Tuesday I was very tired and felt a little bit ill, but the work I had to do!
So I went for my work out and find out that Copenhagen Fashion Week did something good for me, I had lost some weight! So feeling all tired and ill went into happy and wanting to work even harder on my work out goals!
My work out Tuesday is quite late, though I need to eat something afterwards, and fortunately I had done some shopping and had a few products in the fridge.
I made this fabulous salad containing avocado, cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach leaves, sunflower seeds, blame vinegar, RAW 42 dried oil & vinegar. To get some protein I oven baked some chicken breast and a portobello mushroom with onion, garlic, cherry tomato and parmesan cheese. As well as making a scrambled omelette containing of eggs, garlic, onions, spinach leaves and spices.
I even had some left overs, which I saved today, as I also eat alone Thursdays as my boyfriend is working out at the local rowing club. A fine solution for me when he eats in the club, I can eat healthy and choose for myself what I want to eat.
