& Other Stories

How far between your shopping experiences do you feel satisfied with the customer service? Have you been looking long for that little extra service that makes you want to come back again?
Well your search is over; I just had the most excellent experience and service at the brand new & Other Stories store in Copenhagen!
Today the store opened and as I have been looking at some of their red styles (already sold out online) and a hat, I thought to myself that I should swing by the store and at least to see the products live and how they had designed the store concept wise.
It was freezing cold and I stood there for about 25 minutes, though keeping both my spirit and hope high, I really wanted those items! One thing to cheer us all up was the store team coming out and giving limited edition sweets away from Renée Voltaire. Finally the church bells rang and we were let inside in small teams, so that no one would get pushed, what a lovely idea! And when the first entered the store, we received a goodie bag!
I just went straight ahead for the red colours, took some sizes, and steered around in the shop, found a cap I had to try out as well, saw the other hat but only one hat was displayed. I found some personnel, Josephine Le Pluart, who apparently is the communications project manager for & Other Stories and she got someone to find me my hat! Great service!

Then I went for the dressing room to try my items, though I was not certain about one of the sizes and asked for help and then the personnel went for another size to me even though the queue were pretty long at this time. They didn't have another size, but if I wanted to, they could write my up for any new deliveries or returns of the wished size Great service again!

Well I got what I came for and also a little more a cap and a nail polish and of course the goodie bag!!! And when paying for the items I also received a free lipstick! And even here the personnel were really sweet and quick!

Hopefully the service will continue when the store is out of its newness, I really liked the experience and would definitely come again, the store was also fantastic other than having the & other Stories product, they also had quite a collection of cool magazines likes Lulu and Purple magazine.

Yes, this is my new favourite store in Copenhagen!

 Waiting!
Cool bike deco outside the store

This bag I really wanted, but 950DKK for one item was out of my budget and this clutch was not part of my shopping plan. But it was sooooo cool and I will be looking for it..maybe next month and hopefully I have the money for it and it's not sold out....fingers crossed!
The last temptations and magazines before payment!
A lot of personnel to help you out and then you get your products in the cool coloured paperbags!

I went out of the store 12:50, after spending 50 minutes inside, people were still queueing outside the store when I was finished and walked away happy with my bags!
 My bags with goodies!!!

Linsey Salmon nailpolish and my new leather cap / sun visor
All the stuff from the shopping bag!
The free stuff in my bag!
My cool new leather cap/leather sun visor
Everyone should have a hat, and we should wear them more often! Abigail Lorick crownless hat, definitely a favourite for summer!

 The goodies from the goodiebag!

My new red sweater! I should wear red more often, it looks really good to me, so now I have two really cool items in red in my wardrobe! Notice the mesk panels both in front and back and down the sleeves.
I also bought these wide trousers, just in the red colour. They are a bit long, so I need to shorten them, but the look really cool!
