The People to choose the next Street Corner Kitchen theme

Have you tried the Street Corner Kitchens yet? I have three times now, a Japanese, Thai and French edition and I loved it. First of all, I really like the concept, a pop up restaurant with a theme and one menu. You get to try out new cuisines for a rather cheap price - just like Copenhagen Cooking. But often in this case you do not know the location until 24 hours before the dinner and the chef is especially selected for that one evening.
This time I think I will go for Italian, what about you?

Read the press release here and read about the three different cuisines you can vote for:

For over a year now, Street Corner Kitchen has been showing the people of Copenhagen cuisines from around the world, choosing to visit exotic locales at far as Japan, Northern Thailand, and New Zealand. On the 29th of November, Street Corner Kitchen will hear the voice of the public and instead let them decide which country or region it visits next.

Therefore, three national kitchens will compete against each other, from cold Russia to rustic Italy to royal Britain, and the one with the most support wins. Guests pledge their support by purchasing a ticket at one of the links to the desired kitchen. Supporters of the two kitchens not selected will have the option of converting their tickets to the winning menu. When 50 pledges are reached, the event goes on. If not, the dinner will not happen, so this is a test of the public’s support.

Briefly, about the cuisines in the competition:
Billetto

In one of the last truly mysterious cities of the modern age where a new adventure lies around every crooked corner, with miles of tangled streets and parallel lives on different street levels, food is expression of a long history, traditions and the stubbornness of its locals.
As you are in Venice, you stumble upon something iconic about the city: you are always lost until you arrive at your destination. However, the wandering either strolling around calli or by the water is pleasantly accompanied by ‘cicchetti’, a simple pleasure that will get you through the day and night until you reach your home for the evening, warmly welcomed in with a ‘ombra’ of wine and teased by the rich smell of the hot supper.

Playing with stereotypes has never been so fun! Get ready for an adventure in cold Russia in the wake of James Bond, alongside with love affairs, guns and adventure through USSR and Turkey.
Typical Russian plates will be served to a curious audience, looking for an alternative experience. Earthy food, matching this time of the year, bitter sweetness alternated to acidity and playful colors are showcased with renewed vigor from a kitchen that doesn't always find the immediate favors of the public but nevertheless presents savory tastes.

Great Kingdom is land of many celebrities and icons, ranging from Beatles, The Queen, the monster of Loch Ness, red busses and the latest addition to the royal family, Prince George, already famous in his mother’s womb.
Conversely, British cuisine doesn't boast acclaimed worldwide dishes. However, popular street food is simply delicious and spread all over the country. For instance, we are talking about Fish & Chips. Every year, thousands of Fish & Chips shops compete for the best one in freshness of the fish, crispness of batter and taste of potatoes.  Enjoyed by both the Royal family and common people, traditional British street food tears down social barriers.

Details on each cuisine follows below.
